Local Access Streets will be the principal connections from Highflyer Avenue into the development parcels.
The character of the Local Access Streets will be influenced by a mix of flats, terraces, semi-detached and detached dwellings, 2-3 storeys in height with active edges on both sides of the street (see Development Types plan).
